Damien Dumas is the Lead Enterprise Architecture of the Enterprise Architecture practice at Alithya. Alithya is a large consulting firm with offices in Canada, United States, France and Morocco. Alithya has adopted Bzzdesign has their EA referential and is now a service delivery partner of Bizzdesign for Canada, France and Morocco. Mr Dumas has 40 years of experience and is doing Enterprise Architecture since 2000. He is a former Chief Architect and he is performing EA as a strategic advisor since 2009. Under his directions, Alithya has created an industry accelerator (business capability and data model) to speed-up the documentation of the organization and integrating the concept of application and project portfolio management.
