"The transformative journey of Enterprise Architecture at FMO and its impact on the business"

Shikha will talk about the journey of establishing Enterprise Architecture at the FMO, including FMO's starting point in Enterprise Architecture and the path they've traversed since then. She’ll dive into the main objectives set for Enterprise Architecture and examine the progress made in designing a framework that aligns with FMO's evolving needs. A key aspect of this journey is the maturity storyline, showing how FMO is advancing its Enterprise Architecture practices. Shikha will also explain how the enterprise architecture practice is actively demonstrating business value and how the provision of structure and guidance plays a crucial role in this process.

Hans Tönissen, Business & IT Architect at Royal HaskoningDHV (international design, engineering, and consultancy firm), will share insights on how his team is creating reference architectures for use in consultancy practices; as well internally and externally at their clients using the Novius Architecture Framework (NAF). Important is the rise of digital twins which can deliver all kinds of added value services to their clients. Hans will talk about the transformative impact of enterprise architecture tools like Bizzdesign Horizzon in their digital transformation journey.
